Low pressure moulding permits reliable long-term protection from physical influences. The parts are gently enclosed by the protective material. The low pressure used during production means that sensitive electronic parts can also be sealed without any problems.
The process is divided into three steps::
1. The PMplast material is heated and liquefied
2. It is filled under low pressure into individual mould cavities
3. In the cavity, the material cools down and solidifies
This cycle takes only a few seconds, depending on the material being used. The gentle, flexible application adapts to any shape and provides ideal protection for sensitive and complex structures..
